Lightroom won't update

Hi,

Last week I did an update for windows 10 and some how my Lightroom dropped back to version 6.0 and now it won't update.  I've tried uninstalling it and re-installing it several times with no success.  Any ideas?  I haven't had any problems with any of my other adobe apps updating, just lightroom.

Hi Mohit,

Thanks for your reply.  I tired out the link and tried to do the upgrade manually, but it still came up with an error message.  Any more ideas.

What is the exact error message? Can you post a screenshot?

Click on the error log link and copy and paste the contents. That'll give us more clues.

When I tried that it just came up with

Your file was not found

It may have been moved or deleted.

ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Not super helpful.
