!Adobe Muse 2017 program does not load the processor more than 35% !. Enjoyed a different version does not help. Computer is not buggy, but the program hangs until elementarnye solve the problem. I run programs on other computers, the same problem. Kopyuter strong enough. AMD A8 4 to 3.6 Hz core, 8 GB of RAM. Maybe somewhere in the settings you can change something. Priority Change Manager does not change the objectives.

So does the programme doesn't load at all or it crashes after launch?

It is not out of order. it is buggy under certain loads. at which point no more than processor load of 35%. if the processor has worked with the program at 100%, it would be faster than doing the required tasks
