Hi everybody,

I've a problem with Lightroom because when I launch it, maybe 10 seconds after, I've an error with a windows popup: Lightroom has stopped working.

I use Windows 10 x64, it's up to date, with graphical driver up to date to. An nVidia GeForce 980 Ti, but I've try tio disable the materiel acceleration on this card In preference / performances. I've try to uninstall reinstall Lightroom, start it in administrator mode, use the windows errors resolutions...

But no one of this solutions works...

Maybe someone have an idea ?

Thanks,

Mathieu

It would help if you stated the exact version number of your Lightroom (and not words like "current" or "up-to-date").

You might try this approach, given in the section entitled "Manually disable the graphics processor" in this document: Adobe Lightroom GPU Troubleshooting and FAQ
