How to reinstall Lightroom 6 on Win 10? DVD cannot be read by DVD drive.[was: tkb]

Hey you experts on Lightroom 6 , this senior needs help.  How can Lightroom6 DVD be down loaded on to window 7 up dated to 10. I have CD rom drive but just will not download. The drive checks out ok.

Download the installer file from Adobe and also download the 6.7 update from here.

Install Photoshop Lightroom

Then run the original release and when that is finished run the update file.
