Lightroom import of my catalog ends at 8%

Hello folks,

   I've been using PSE for some time.  I'm at PSE 14.  I've repaired/optimized my PSE Catalog but LR fails to import/upgrade my catalog for use with LR.  I've seen several threads regarding this matter, but none have advice that has helped me with this issue.  Any suggestions?
