Audio issue

So i am having trouble playing audio in the preview section. Everything else previews fine apart from this. I have double clicked 'L' and there are waves on the waveform, and i have tried clicking 0 but it still wont work. Someone help me?

What, exact, version of AE are you using (down to the last decimal point)?

What operating system are you using?

Can we please see a screenshot of your two audio preferences in the panel?

What format and codec is the asset that contains the audio?
