Sizing

lightroom isn't fitting photos to editing screen as usual which is causing pixelation when zoomed AND not sizing when exporting causing too large of photos sizes...any help? ...I changed nothing. opened and was like this.

In the Navigation section, left hand panel of develop, click Fit. Then put the cursor over the image so the magnifying glass is displayed and click. Look in the Navigation, Navigator, section and see what it is set to. Set it to 1:1.
