Photos in Lightroom Mobile will not import to Portfolio

I am trying to set up my Portfolio Web page and have drafted my first Project.  When I try to add photos from Lightroom Mobile via the 'remote' it opens my Lightroom Mobile account and shows me the gallery that I have sync'ed to Mobile.  If I select one or several photos to import from that Gallery to Portfolio, the "Import" button is never activated.  I click on that button and nothing happens.
