Thank for your anwser.

I got a chat with Apple support. the problem came from my session.

I uninstall all the adobe application with this processes Utilisez l’outil Creative Cloud Cleaner pour résoudre les problèmes d’installation

and after I could install the application

Make sure you don't have any earlier versions of Adobe XD installed -- and if you're in our private prerelease program, try uninstalling all of those versions as well.  If you search your computer for "Uninstall Adobe Experience Design" you should see any uninstallers that are still present.

If that doesn't help, try restarting your computer to clear out any background processes that might be stuck.

You can also try the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to clean up any corrupted installation state.

If that still doesn't help, could you send us these two installer log files?

  • ~/Library/Logs/PDapp.log
  • /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers/install.log

Feel free to either post a file link here (Dropbox, etc.) or email the files to me: pflynn at adobe.
