I made a sequence in after effects for a project im working on. Exported it with the render queue no problem. Went back and made a ton of changes. Now the files will not return to the render queue??? How do i export this now?

what exactly do you mean? what are the specific steps you are taking and what exactly is happening? add screenshots if it can further illustrate your problem.
to state the obvious in case you are very new to the software, if you want to add an composition to the render queue then you should highlight it and use Composition->Add to render queue. it will open the render queue window where you will see the queue item and you can click render.
