After effect 2017 don't start up

Hi, After installing 7 days trial of after effect through Creative Cloud, I can not start up the program. It shows me info. "After Effect can not continue, while accessing the preference files inside User... After Effect/14.0, please verify the file permission and try again."

I have tried already with Share and Permission in finder, uninstalling and changing different location and still  nothing. Anyone now maybe how to fix it, please?

also make sure you are using the latest 14.0.1 update.
