Why did i only receive less than 7 days for my trial for adobe illustrator?

I'm using windows 10 and i tried downloading the trial in which it kept saying that there was an error with adobe creative cloud and something with my download even after i downloaded illustrator. it wasn't working so i dropped it but then i tried again a while later and re-download creative cloud in which it tells me i have one more day to use the trial. now my trial is expired so is there any way i could get more days than this?
