Lightroom 5 - Error

Hello, I have been using LR5 for years now.  All of a sudden I am unable to view the images for preview and import.  The files are RAW.

Hi talarf,

In the source are you selecting the parent or the sub folder to import the images in Lightroom.

You can reset the Lightroom preferences back to default and check if that helps.
