PSE 15 doesn't start

When I start PSE 15 an errormessage is displayed " Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 funktioniert nicht mehr (doesn't work anymore). Caused by a problem the program ist not executed. We will inform you if a solution is available". Pressing the debug-button produces the same message, insted a detailed Information.

Before Installation of the purchased Version from DVD I installed the free testversion and had the same problem. Before the second Installation the testversion was removed, restore to the last system breakpoint und system restarted.

PSE 14 runs on the same device without any Problems!

Thanks for your help - problem is solved now and PSE 15 works fine!

First I deleted the mentioned lavasoft-dll without success.

Only after I deleted Web Companion completely I was successful.
