How do i uninstall an app that did not install correctly

MY PREMIER PRO IN CREATIVE CLOUD DOES NOT HAVE AN OPEN BUTTON .

iF i TRY TO UNINSTALL IT GETS AN ERROR FILES NOt FOUND

hOW CAN i DO A CLEAN INSTALL

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

Hi Thanks for the feedback/suggestion however Premier can not be un-installed inside Creative Cloud app ( error no

files found). Outside app premier do not appear in programfiles or add remove programs
