PP CRASHES WHEN IT SAVES

PP crashes when it saves, therefor every 15 min. it crashes.

It crashes even when u manually crashes

How do I fix this?

Using Win 10.

Please provide us more information

1. What is the System Configuration: Operating System, RAM, GPU, Processor

2. What is the version of Premiere Pro?

FAQ: What information should I provide when asking a question on this forum?

3. Is this happening with all Premiere Pro projects?

4. What is the location of the project file?

5. Have you tried to change the project file location? Try to save the project to Desktop.

Try this step:

Go to the following location in the machine

     In Windows, C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\11.0 (Or)

     In Mac, Documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro > 11.0

     Rename the 11.0 folder to Old_11.0

     Launch Premiere Pro, Create a new project(do not open Old projects)

     In Menu bar, Window > Workspace > Uncheck Import Workspace from Projects.

     Open the old project & check the issue.

Please let us know the status.

It was the temp cache files after deleting them everything seems to work fine.   Thanks for your time.
