have a mac and I use Safari and Chrome. Installed update through Adobe web site and it does not work even though it says I have the latest update

LATEST

latest version is installed, flash is enabled. However it does not work, neather in chrome, nor in firefox. Windows 10 is installed on the computer.

The funny thing: if i start any browser via Teamviewer, everything is fine. Then my mom restarts her computer, whooop none of the browsers seem to know adobe flash. Why?
