Renewing subscription

I go through the online division-Art Institute of Pittsburgh for photography. I pay for my subscription through my fasfa. My councilor gave my the renewal code, but when I used it, it was just the trial period. I need the year subscription which is what the code is supposed to be for. I can't find where I'm suppose to fix this, and I need to talk to a person who can fix this. I tried to use the website suggestion for fixing this, but it's not what I need.
