Recurring text box with style in master

Hi, I've done a search of the forum but I may not be using the correct search terms. I'm doing a field guide. The layout is the same for each page: there's a title, subtitle and body text. The content varies for for each page, but the style is text of the different features remains the same. How do I set this up in a Master?

You don't set up it in the master, you do it with paragraph styles.

OK, that makes a ton of sense. One more question, can I set up a text box on the master so I don't need to place the text on each page - I have headings (content changes) which are at the same location on every page.

Depending on the content you could use a text variable.
