I'm a print based artworker with a new job and some of the duties will involve email marketing. I'm wondering what the best tool in CC is for creating html emails?
It would be best for me if I could create them in Muse (which I would have to learn). Even better would be if I could create layouts in Indesign and export them!
We plan to use mail chimp but I'd prefer to create my own templates. I'm brand new to all this so....!
My suggestion would be litmus.com. It's a web-based code editor which includes a preview pane and separate tabs for your html and css (or you can use the css in the <head> tag).
A new development is that it can link with both Campaign Monitor and MailChimp so that your campaigns can be updated on the fly as you code.
