Adobe AE 2017 14.0.1

Adobe After Effects CC 2017 14.0.1 error - "The application was unable to start corectly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application" in Windows 10 Pro 64bit.. i've been searching for the solution for the last three days..still can't fix it. Anyone knows how to fix it..
