Hi, I got phoshop elements 9 and premiere elements 9 since 2011 when I bought my computer they were already installed and with the license but I didn't know and never wanted to register the program because it takes a lot of time, the issue now is that when I click in register and I enter my adobe ID the system doesn´t register it under my name, I´m planning to change my windows therefore I will need the programs to be registered under my adobe ID so I can re instal them in the operative system. What can I do in order to get this done? because I never register them so the licenses are still there in my computer.

Thanks

You only need the serial number. You can download here:

Download Photoshop Elements versions 9, 8, 7

Thanks for your answer but I don't have the serial number, where can I get it, because like I said the program was already installed when I bought my HP notebook, do you know where can I check that data? Thanks

99jon, your advise is not helpful.  You must work for Adobe because you only encourage peopleto buy a new product haha.  What a joke!
