Hi Team
I have deployed Flash Player Active X 23.0.0.205 MSI in Windows 7 64-bit machines. It has installed properly in 90% of the machines, but failed in many machines too.
Have tried to manually install the MSI in one of the failed machines and found below mentioned error message:
MSI (c) (30:88) [11:36:02:559]: Font created. Charset: Req=0, Ret=0, Font: Req=MS Shell Dlg, Ret=MS Shell Dlg

Hi,
Could you try deploying the latest Flash Player version 23.0.0.207 and let us know if you are facing any issues with the same?
Thanks!

Hi, we have already deployed this application on almost 7500 machines without any issues and it failed on 250 machines only.
This will be a big trouble if we upgrade it to all the machines, unless there is a some unavoidable reason.
Is there any issues with 23.0.0.205 version ?
Can't we get this resolved for rest of the people rather?

Hi devashishk2527045 ,
The install log excerpt you posted is not indicative of the true error. In order to troubleshoot the error we need the full verbose MSI log file with additional debug option enabled (v and x options) and the FlashInstall.log files saved at C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\ AND C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash (both files are REQUIRED from a 64-bit OS). These 3 files MUST be from the same installation attempt. Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
