Flash Player Installation Package over FTP?

Hello Community,

is there a possible way to get to the installation package of Adobe Flash Player without having to get it from the Web Installer?
I have a Windows 2003 Server for Java/IE-Version Support that needs to have Adobe Flash Player so I can access the Web Interface of some HP Switches.

The Domain has strict Proxy Policies, so there is no access to the WWW.

I've researched a bit and found the option of Distribution : https://www.adobe.com/de/products/flashplayer/distribution.html ​but I cant get the Licence Agreement for an 1 Client installation

Please help me

Please private message the email address you used for license page application. You can also get the offline installers from "Still having problem section" on Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page.
