I have uploaded Photoshop from Elements 10 to elemets 15

But now after succesfull installation I started the program. The the meesage appears

Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 werkt niet meer

In English I think

Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 doesn't work anymore

The only possibility is to choose: Programma afsluiten or Close program

I have uploaded also Premiere Elements 10 to 15. There the same problem and message.

Can you please mention which OS you're on?

Do you see the error when launching Editor or Organizer?

I have the same error also in Organizer. But I have get good help from the helpdesk. They took over my computer and they have repaired some things. I saw it on my monitor but I don't know anymore what they have done. Only Organiser didn't work now, because I didn't say this problem to the helpdesk.

But You ask me wich OS. I work with Windows 10.

When I started Organiser it seems that all thinks are OK but after a few seconds I get this message. The same as I had with Photoshop and Premiere Element before the help of the helpdesk. I can only close the program

Please see if re-installing the faulting dll helps. Here is a similar thread to which multiple users have confirmed success- msvcp120.dll error in Windows 10
