Download Link for Adobe Flash Player (Distribution) 23.0.0.207 is not working

Hello together,

im trying to donwload Adobe Flash Player 23.0.0.207 (MSI) Actve X and NPAPI for our Company from the Adobe Flash Player Distribution Page. If i click on the link nothing happens. If i open the Link on a Tab, im redirected to the Download page.

I tried to download it from different PC´s with different Browsers FF/IE/Edge, with Proxy, without Proxy. No Chance.

Download should come from https://fpdownload.macromedia.com...

Does anybody have the same Problem?
