embeding font gray out

I am using Animate CC,

I am thinking to embed the fonts in my text but the option is gray out.

Why?

Font embedding is only supported in AS3 based documents.

If you're using a Canvas document, Font Embedding would be disabled. You can use Web-fonts for this purpose in a Canvas document.
