I am trying to delete the Tool For Asset Creation from my iPad to save space that I need and it won't delete. I have tried tapping and holding on it until all apps shake, then trying to delete it, and restarting my iPad. I cannot factory reset my iPad because I have important documents and game save data on it. Help, please? Thank you in advance!

Hi Infinitely.

What's happening when you tap on it. Are you getting the jiggling apps but not the X to delete? Or are you tapping the X and it's not deleting?

If you're getting the normal prompts, and that's not working, have you tried deleting it from Manage Storage in your device's Settings. Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage > scroll down to Adobe Capture > tap on the app > then Delete App.

Let me know if that doesn't work.

Sue.
