Asset panel still showing old files (photo), previously deleted.

IE: Asset panel not updating

Click on Go To Asset, it goes to the page where it USED to be.

The Assets panel hasn't deleted this link. So I get a message

everytime I go to upload the site. Frustrating.

I don't believe, that the image isn't placed any more.

What  about different states of an object for example?

What happens, if you rightclick onto the asset entry and choose "Go to Asset". Then copy the selected object and paste it into an empty, newly created .muse document?

The missing asset is a jpg in the template which I replaced.

If I right click, go to asset, it goes to the page where the photo was replaced... there's no copy option,(greyed out)

It's the same image that appears in the template in numerous pages, all original assets have been removed or replaced

while building the site. I still have a copy of the original template.

The asset panel is not reflecting what's on the site just for that image, for all the other images I replaced it's fine. Odd

Yes I agree, the image should be there? Even if hidden a right-click go to asset should find it.

Could you reduce your site to only this page, safe it as a new .muse file, upload it to Dropbox or a similar file sharing service and post the download link here? Then we can have a look.

I tried this and it's working.

Right-click > go to asset > it goes to the page where the old image was.

Click Relink > choose the new image file (which is already there), asset panel updates and red flag disappears.

For some reason it still hung onto the old file path. Maybe it was the way I replace the image.
