I purchased LR 5 and have had it on my computer and one day it was just gone. I downloaded the program again but now it is not recognizing my serial number.
What version of Lightroom did you download? What version of Lightroom is your serial number for? Exactly what does "not recognizing" mean, exactly what happens and exactly what is the error message?
With regards to your original LIghtroom that "disappeared", have yu used your operating's search feature to search for it?
