LR OSX - Photostrip in Develop module overlapped by main window

Since my last upgrade LR CC/2017 the thumbnails in the photostrip are overlapped by the main Develop window. I am attaching a screenshot to show the problem. It looks like a sizing issue with the windows but I have not been able to force a re-sizing by using maximise etc.... Appreciate if someone can suggest a solution....Screen Shot 2016-11-26 at 08.17.59.png

Have you installed some type of screen resolution add on app? Something to make the text bigger?

First thing to do is turn off the GPU option in the performance section of the LR Preferences and test.

No addons and removing the GPU option made no difference either BUT toggling the scaling on the Display in OSX Preferences from 'Default for Retina display' to Scaled/Normal - did the trick. Thanks for putting me in the right spot!

If you need the text in LR to be bigger IIRC there is a scaling option in LR for that. Look in the LR Preferences under the interface tab in the Panels section at the top, Font Size.

Thank you ..... quite the opposite; I'm glad I can make the font smaller to give me more space for the image. I was unaware of the scaling option for the display. Thing is all scales didn't result in the overlap .... problem solved - I'm happy!
