Which email account you are using like Gmail/Yahoo?

Is this happening with all emails with the attachments?

Try to open other emails with attachment, and see if that works.

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 phone, it ist happening with all emails, independent mails system. I am using Mnet, and telefonica. It worked bevor one of the latest upgrades without any problems.

Remark: Also Office Documents cannot be opened.

Could you please confirm the version of Acrobat Reader installed on your phone?

Do you see any error message when try to open the pdf files or office documents?

Installed Adobe Reade is Version 16,00 Build 158859
