Trying to buy Lightroom 6 as an upgrade

Hi,

When I try to buy the upgrade Lr 6 (from version 4/Swedish/PC) I end up with this error

"Error managing the transaction, contact customer care at 02000810329"

Any one else had this problem?

It Seems to me that the solution is not to come to this forum and ask, but to contact customer care as instructed.
