Changing account payment method

Why is it so friggin hard to do this. It should be a simple process like most other websites that I subscribe to

It should be a simple process like most other websites that I subscribe to?

I just need to get off the bank card and onto PayPal but no the website is too complex to allow this to simply happen; and I am a busy veterinarian and now have 2 horses need sutures.

So i'll get around to it in a few days.

There is not even a direct method of sending an email.
