Relaunched and lost

So I wasn't paying attention. Relaunched a catalog lost all of my information and pictures in light room. I still have some presets that I just uploaded. Is there anyway to restore back to the way I had it.

It sounds like you opened a different catalog then the one you previously worked in. Search your computer for the file extension .lrcat which should give you a list of all catalogs on your computer.
