Help with actions and presets

My iMac crashed and will be few days to extract pics and programs . I am having to us a windows laptop .  Download cc now .. question is all the presets and actions on ps and or save to the cloud? I am concerned I won't remember all of them

Sorry .. actions and presets on PS and LR are then saved on cc ?
