Can I conditionally alter justification in a text box with object styles and grep?

Hi, I'm sure there is a way to do this with inDesign CC. When setting novels I sometimes vertically justify text on all pages, I'd like to be able to do that for all pages except those with a page break on them, so I was wondering if I can add a grep command to an object change in Find/Change which is what I use to make the text boxes vertically justify? If so how would I set this up.

For the object change I use Find /Change, Object, Text frames, Object format, Text frame general options and change the justification there by selecting all text boxes of my standard width and change Vertical justification to Align: Justify, but I can't see how to add a conditional grep command of, if there's a page break keep vertical justification to Top, to that same find/change.

Any help would speed up my workflow even more, many thanks!
