Publish Online

I have Adobe CC 2015 but have been unable to activate the publish online option.  I have tried the CMD, CTRL, OPT, SHIFT option to clear the preferences but the technology preview is still greyed out.  Does anyone have an answer?

With CC 2015, you cannot use Publish Online if you're an enterprise user. That's fixed in CC 2017.

Make sure you are signed in in the Creative Cloud Desktop app with your Adobe ID. Click "gear" icon > Preferences > General. Log Out then sign in with your Adobe ID.
