Добрый день, сегодня в 7:58 утра, я оплатил студенческую подписку Creativ cloud. Деньги были списаны, но дальше никаких действий не произошло, письма на почте нет, а в самом Adobe аккаунте указано, что я всё так же пользуюсь бесплатной версией подписки. Есть ли какие-то решения этой проблемы ?

After that, I went to your account on the website of Adobe, but in the graph plans and products, still including a free subscription to Creative Cloud.
