Hi
I`ve got the preview window in After Effects for example to 1/3 resolution. Then I send it to the mediaencoder where I`ve got my presets, and the size gets minimized.
Example: Composition ist 1920x1080px, PREVIEW WINDOW 1/3 Resolution -> File in Mediaencoder: 360x600px (!!)
When I put the preview window to 1/2 or "full" it takes the right size in the mediaencoder. How can it be that the preview Window of AE effects the Mediaencoder?
How can it be that the preview Window of AE effects the Mediaencoder?
it's a bug in the CC2017 version: Known issues in After Effects CC 2017 . setting it to full is the workaround and you can use the all mighty Queue in AME which does not cause any problems: After Effects CC 2015.3 In-Depth: Queue in Adobe Media Encoder | Creative Cloud blog by Adobe
