Importing Excel Spreadsheet

Hello!

I'm working on a directory that has business names, addresses, web URL and phone number. However, they are all on an Excel Spreadsheet and I'm looking for a specific paragraph style to fit how I want each listing to look. When I insert my spreadsheet, the spacing gets all wonky and it just looks messy. Is there an easier way to correct the paragraph styles or to import my spreadsheet so it looks cleaner? Or should I just go through each individual listing.

Depending on how your excel sheet is set up, Data Merge could work well for this.
