Transfer photos from LR6 on a Mac to LRCC on another Mac

I had Lightroom 6 on a Mac. Now I am phasing it out and start anew on another Mac where I downloaded Lightroom CC.

How do I transfer my photos, keeping all the editing I did (developing)?
