Trouble to uppdate LR5 to LR6

I have a desktop PC with the Windows 7 and Lightroom 5 as a separate version.

Now I am trying to uppdate LR5 to LR6 (even a separate version)  from a CD.

The installing program tells " You have Windows VISTA and it is not supported". Well, certainly not, but my PC has nothing to do with the Vista!!

Is there any way to get the installing program understand thePC has Win 7 and not Vista?
