Hi,

I just got my camera and tried downloading some images into lightroom. I connected the camera to the PC and it does not show any images.

I have LR6.7 and camera raw 9.7. I am using Window 10.

Can someone please point out what I did wrong?

Thanks.

Does the computer recognize the camera? Have you tried using a card reader? That model should be supported, so something else isn't set up correctly.

Hi Jim,

The computer doesn't recognize the camera as a Sony Camera. I have to go to drive E: to look at the folders which doesn't show me any images. I would assume that it is just plug in the USB cable.

I used to have a Canon 5DMKII and it wasn't a issue.

I recommend that you get a card reader and give it a try. Using a card reader is much more reliable. Other than that, I have no suggestions.
