I have cloud user in indesign i cant paste the Arabic text. When I try to paste, it appears reversed.

i dont have the option in the paragraph i have tried all kind of things

Is there any way i can do it without downloading the ME version?

If this is a one time job you can try opening a new document, create a text frame. Then Type/Fill with Placeholder Text while holding down Ctrl (Windows) and choose Arabic from the drop-down menu. Create a paragraph style called Arabic for example, then use this paragraph style for your Arabic text.
