Adobe Draw Projects Vanished With Update

I used Adobe Draw for several hundred illustrations, doodles and ideas. I started school in September and haven't logged in for a couple of months.

In those months, the app seems to have updated and all but 6 of my illustrations are GONE.

This is equivalent to losing a sketchbook in a fire. Why did this happen, how can it be undone, and why wasn't this managed better on your end, Adobe? I'm distraught. Please help.

You mentioned that you haven't used the app for quite some time...

* Is there a chance that you've used another Adobe ID in the past and that all that work is in another account? Have you ever signed into Draw with another email address? Another password? You mentioned you're a student; did you have another account before that time? (It's super common for people to have more than one account.)

I completely understand how upsetting it is to not see your work. I'm hoping, since you posted late yesterday, that your work has synced back down to the device.

If you're not seeing all of it yet, can you log in with your Adobe ID to Adobe Creative Cloud and see if you see your work there?

Please let me know.

Sue,

I cannot see my artwork in the app, or when I log-in with my Adobe ID to Adobe Creative Cloud at the link you’ve provided. Is there anything else that can be done to recover my data?

This is a horrible betrayal of my trust in Adobe, it’s apps, and the Cloud workflow. This is awful. I’m stunned at how easily all of my illustrations have vanished.

If neither of these is true, then I'm going to need you to direct message me here because I'm going to need some information from you that I don't want you to share publicly.
