I created a long document in InDesign CC2017 (2 column throughout) and exported the "stories" as icml files. When I open the icml files in InCopy CC2017, they appear as one column stories instead of 2 column. Is there a fix for this?

You don’t open the ICML files, you open the INDD file in InCopy. From there you check it out, work on it, and check it back in.

Oh for the love of Pete! I can't believe that is the solution. Thank you! I have PC peeps working on these and I have been telling them to make the edits to the icml files. I thought that was what they were for. Thanks again.
