Is there a back button capability in this programme?

Hello everyone,

Just built a mobile website prototype using Sketch then uploaded into InVision.

Unfortunately, they lack a go 'back to previous page' option, which is proving difficult when trying to re-create a natural user flow for testing.

Before firing up Xd and re-creating, wanted to know if it is an option in Xd?

All help is most appreciated!

Thanks Elaine.

Thanks so much for saving me time!!

Unfortunately, this also shows a set user journey for it to work.

Mine has different journeys to each page, so this won't work.

Looks like I need Axure.

Can you clarify what you're trying to accomplish? The Previous Artboard functionality will return to the previously visited artboard, so you can point multiple artboards at a single artboard and know it'll go back to the correct one.

Thanks for clarifying Elaine, most appreciated!!

One last question, is it possible to import files from Sketch or will I need to do a full re-build?

Awesome! You can export SVG from Sketch and import it into XD. It's not quite a full file import, but it'll get a lot of your existing artwork over. Hope that helps!

Hi @John28050787rc38,

Thank you for reaching out. If I heard you right, you are trying to link to the previous Artboard. If yes, please check this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/create-prototypes.html#previous-artboard, which might help you.

I am also keeping the discussion with our experts for any other suggestions.

Thanks,

Harshika
