Unable to open Lightroom (cc)

Hello. Wonder if you can help. i have just formatted my iMac and restored from back-up. Everything is working fine: photoshop, bridge, etc, except lightroom, which gives information signs stating: An Error has occurred when attemptingg to change modules. And: An internal error has occurred cannot create required folder/users/admin/library/application support/adobe/lightroom/ develop presets.

Tell everyone you know who owns a Mac, including Apple employees... Mac Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK properly with Adobe program activations due to hidden registration files that are not included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling
