I believe, from what I'be found on the forum that some functionality in LR CC isn't available in LR 6. Tring to find out for sure I opened chat with sales using the link on the buy Lightroom CC page. Here's a picture of the conversation. Can anyone confirm the reps answer?

Agreed, the chart is incomplete. But if you click on "what's new" on that page, it takes you to an even longer list of CC features added to each minor release.
Though the top of that list highlights that:
Web capabilities, mobile capabilities related to sync, and feature updates are available only when you get Lightroom as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan.
I bet many people still get confused or don't read that. That's what comparison charts are supposed to clear up, sigh.

Which is a completely meaningless statement to someone who doesn't own Lightroom CC or Lightroom 6, and is contemplating purchasing.
